Complaint Policy

Hallufox wants to hear about problems so we can fix them. This Complaint Policy explains how to raise a concern, what we'll do with it, and how to escalate if you're not satisfied.
In short: Tell us what happened and how to reach you. We acknowledge complaints quickly, investigate fairly, and tell you the outcome. Safety complaints come first.
1. What you can complain about
You can use this process for any concern about the Services, including content you've seen, another user's behavior, a moderation or account decision, billing, privacy, or accessibility. For specific routes, see our Content Removal Policy, DMCA & Copyright Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. How to make a complaint
Email: contact@hallufox.com (or use our in-product tools) and include:
- a clear description of the issue and what happened;
- relevant details such as links, usernames, dates, and screenshots;
- what outcome you're looking for; and
- your contact information.
3. What happens next
- Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge your complaint within a few business days.
- Investigation: We review the relevant facts fairly and may contact you for more information. Complaints involving minors, non-consensual content, or imminent harm are prioritized and actioned urgently.
- Outcome: We aim to give you a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe and to explain our decision where we can. Timeframes may vary with complexity.
4. Account and moderation decisions
If you believe a moderation or account decision was wrong, tell us why and include any context. We will review it and may reverse the decision if it was made in error. Note that some decisions (such as those involving illegal content) cannot be reversed.
5. Escalation
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can ask us to review it again. Where you have the right to contact a regulator, ombudsman, or supervisory authority, you may do so — but we'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
