18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

This statement explains the position of Hallufox, operated by ELITEHUB LIMITED, regarding the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Exemption

The visual media made available on or generated through Hallufox is created using artificial intelligence and does not depict real human beings engaging in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Because 18 U.S.C. § 2257 applies to depictions of actual human performers, content that is wholly computer- or AI-generated and that does not portray a real, identifiable person is not subject to the record-keeping and labeling requirements of that statute.

Accordingly, no records are required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to AI-generated media on the Services. To the extent any content on the Services would otherwise fall within the statute, the operator relies on the applicable exemptions.

Age and content commitments

This exemption does not lower our standards. All users must be adults (see our Underage Policy), and we strictly prohibit any content that sexualizes or depicts minors, as well as non-consensual depictions of real people (see our Prohibited Content Policy).
