Content Removal Policy

This Content Removal Policy explains how anyone can ask Hallufox to remove content, and how we review and respond to those requests. It works together with our Prohibited Content Policy, DMCA & Copyright Policy, and Complaint Policy.

In short: You can ask us to remove content that breaks our rules or your rights. Priority cases — content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery — are actioned urgently. Tell us what and where the content is, and how to reach you.

1. What you can request removal of

You can ask us to remove content that:

  • involves or sexualizes a minor (see our Underage Policy);
  • is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — sexual or nude content depicting you (or someone you represent) created or shared without consent;
  • depicts you without consent in a sexual, defamatory, or harassing way;
  • infringes your intellectual property (for copyright, also see our DMCA & Copyright Policy);
  • exposes your private personal information; or
  • otherwise violates our policies or applicable law.

2. How to submit a request

Email: contact@hallufox.com (or use our in-product reporting tools) and include:

  1. Your details and your relationship to the content (for example, the person depicted, a representative, or a rights holder).
  2. What the content is and where it is (links, usernames, screenshots, or timestamps).
  3. Why it should be removed (the rule or right it violates).
  4. A statement that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorized to make the request.
  5. Contact information so we can follow up.

You do not need to send the content itself for priority categories — a clear description and location is enough. Please do not upload or send any image involving a minor; instead, describe it and report it so we can act and notify the authorities.

3. How we handle requests

  • Priority cases (minors, NCII, imminent harm) are reviewed urgently, and we act as quickly as we reasonably can.
  • Other cases are reviewed in the order received. We may ask for more information.
  • We will remove content that violates our policies or the law, and we will let you know the outcome where appropriate. If we decide not to remove something, we will explain why where we can.

4. Action we may take

In addition to removing content, we may suspend or terminate the responsible account, block re-uploads, preserve information as permitted or required by law, and report unlawful content to the authorities.

5. Abuse of this process

Submitting knowingly false or bad-faith removal requests is itself a violation of our policies and may result in action against your account.
