Underage Policy

Hallufox is an adults-only platform. This policy explains our age requirement, the steps we take to keep minors off the platform, and our absolute zero-tolerance rule for any content that involves or sexualizes children.

In short: You must be 18+ (or older where local law requires) to use Hallufox. Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or endangers a minor is strictly forbidden, will be removed, and will be reported to the authorities. There are no exceptions.

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority or minimum age for accessing adult content in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Services. By using Hallufox you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Age assurance

We take reasonable, proportionate steps to prevent minors from accessing the Services, which may include:

  • a clear adult-only notice and an age affirmation at sign-up;
  • technical signals and risk checks that may flag suspected underage use;
  • additional age verification or re-verification where we consider it necessary, or where the law requires it; and
  • restricting or removing access where we cannot reasonably confirm that a user is an adult.

If you are a parent or guardian, we encourage you to use device-level parental controls and to contact us if you believe a minor is using the Services through your account or device.

3. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

We have absolute zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts a minor, whether real, fictional, AI-generated, "aged-up," or stylized. This includes, without limitation:

  • any sexual or suggestive depiction of a person who is, appears to be, or is described as under 18;
  • prompts, characters, scenarios, or instructions that seek such content; and
  • any attempt to make an AI Character appear to be a minor in a sexual context.

This content is prohibited regardless of how a request is phrased, framed, or justified. There are no roleplay, fiction, artistic, or "loophole" exceptions.

4. What we do when we find it

When we identify content that violates this policy, we will:

  • immediately remove the content and block further attempts;
  • suspend or permanently terminate the account involved;
  • preserve relevant information as permitted or required by law; and
  • report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other competent authorities as required by law.

We may also report related conduct (such as grooming or attempts to identify, contact, or isolate a minor) to the authorities.

5. How to report

If you encounter content that involves a minor, or you believe an underage person is using the Services, report it immediately using our in-product reporting tools or by emailing contact@hallufox.com. Please include as much detail as you safely can (such as links, usernames, and timestamps). We treat these reports as our highest priority.

6. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations and will respond to valid legal requests. Nothing in our other policies limits our ability to act under this Underage Policy.
