Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments work on Hallufox, including subscriptions, virtual tokens, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service.

In short: Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Virtual tokens are generally non-refundable once used. You keep any mandatory consumer refund rights you have where you live.

1. Prices and payment

Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. You are responsible for all fees and applicable taxes. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we receive limited transaction details but not your full card number.

2. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We will charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
  • We may change prices or plans, and will give notice before changes affect your renewals where required.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (or, for purchases made through an app store, through that store). Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

4. Virtual tokens and digital items

Virtual tokens (or similar in-app currency) and digital items:

  • have no cash value and are not transferable or exchangeable for money, except where required by law;
  • are generally non-refundable once spent or consumed; and
  • may expire or be adjusted as described at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds

Except where a mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a refund right, purchases are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit — for example, for a clear billing error or a failure of the Services. To request a refund, contact contact@hallufox.com with your account email, the transaction date, and the reason for your request. Refunds for purchases made through a third-party app store are subject to that store's policies.

6. Your statutory rights (EU/UK and others)

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you keep those rights. Note that, where you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose the cooling-off right once delivery begins, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply to that content.

7. Statement descriptor

To keep billing discreet, charges may appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor rather than the platform name. The exact descriptor is shown at checkout or on your receipt and may vary by payment processor.

8. Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help — initiating a chargeback without contacting us can lead to account suspension.
