Prohibited Content Policy

This Prohibited Content Policy lists content that is never permitted on Hallufox, whether you input it, request it, generate it, upload it, or share it. It supports our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

In short: Some content is banned with no exceptions — anything involving minors, real-person sexual content without consent, and content that promotes serious real-world harm. We remove it, suspend accounts, and report illegal material to authorities.

1. Strictly prohibited — zero tolerance

The following is forbidden under all circumstances, including in fiction, roleplay, "aged-up," stylized, or AI-generated form:

Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or endangers a minor, real or fictional. See our Underage Policy. We report this to NCMEC and other authorities.
Child grooming or any attempt to identify, contact, isolate, or sexualize a minor.
Non-consensual intimate content, including sexual or nude depictions of real, identifiable people created or shared without their consent ("deepfakes"), and the threat to share such content.
Content that facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

2. Illegal and harmful content

You may not create, request, or share content that:

promotes, incites, or provides instructions for terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence;
provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or other tools designed to cause serious harm;
facilitates the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful goods or services;
depicts or promotes real-world cruelty, torture, gore, or extreme violence;
promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; or
otherwise violates applicable law.

3. Abuse, hate, and harassment

You may not create or share content that:

harasses, threatens, stalks, or bullies a person;
incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics; or
doxxes or exposes another person's private information without consent.

4. Rights-infringing content

You may not use the Services to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

5. Security and integrity

You may not upload malware, attempt to bypass safety or age controls, or use the Services to defraud, deceive, spam, or manipulate others.

6. Enforcement

When we detect prohibited content, we may remove it, block further attempts, suspend or permanently terminate the account, preserve evidence as permitted by law, and report illegal content to the relevant authorities. Serious violations result in immediate action without prior notice.
